Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The location was absolutely stunning, filled with gorgeous wildlife and plenty of sun beds around the pools. The staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I had a good time. However, while the rooms were clean, they were a bit dark, and the air conditioning could definitely be improved. Also, the dining options could use a bit more variety throughout the week.
